This purchase was for a hosted e-commerce application suite that did not perform as promised. There were numerous anomalies preventing the service from functioning correctly and rendered the service unusable. V-Motion was unresponsive to these problems and did not return any of my voicemails or emails requesting help.

These system issues were not disclosed to me when I signed-up. I tried to work in good faith with V-Motion to correct the problems; however, V-Motion did not reciprocate and try to fix the problems, instead they just ignored me. V-Motion is refusing to refund any of my money stating I had only 3-days to rescind. This would be acceptable if I was backing out for no reason.

However, in this case, V-Motion did not deliver an error free product and was not forthright in disclosing the system's problems, and failed to cooperate in my efforts to resolve the faults of the system, and continued to make me wait for days hoping to get some help.

Much to our surprise, after the purchase, we found that there were several customers who had received less than the normal support needed. We have also been made aware of certain problems with the technology. We have been dealing with these problems as they have arisen and are making great headway.
