We are a, well traveled, retired couple who bought with Vacation Services of America two years ago. We use them for every trip we take and save money on every trip we take. The savings aren't huge but they are there and if you travel a lot they really make a difference. I have time now so do a lot of comparison shopping before booking a trip and always find nice savings through VTC. We took a trip to Italy with Globus last year booked through our travel club and saved $600.
We will be on a cruise this Jan and will save $245 on our outside, lower level, room on a 8 day cruise. Each of the couples traveling with us saved the same. They are very quick and willing to jump on price drops on any cruises for me and have been great to work with! We have booked weeks in condos with them and were very pleased. Our children have used them and been thrilled. They only work if you use them and if you do they work great. I just hate seeing them get such bum raps on here when they have worked for us exactly as represented but they only work if you use them.

My parents were scammed by this company as well. I would like to hear from others who have been victims of this scam and fraudulant activity by this company.

Call the Attorney General's office for the state of Mo. and file a complaint. There is an action against them in due process RIGHT NOW by the state. Tom Woods (owner) was indicted quite recently, AGAIN! See if you can jump on that bandwagon. These people have had 3 different travel clubs under 3 different names in the last ten years. They don't even bother to move the store, they just change the signs. They get shut down and they re-open under another name. The big guys (owners) are actually barred from doing business as a travel club in the state of Mo. but you can see how well THAT'S enforced. The proprietors just send in the kids! The business used to be VTO (Vacation Travel Outlet) and some other name that I don't recall.
It is one extended family (Tom Woods family & Denver Large family) and they are all multi-millionaires from Grandpa down to the grandkids. What a way to raise a family.
There are other complaints against this family/business on the Rip of Report. I hope you will you share this information w/ others!
