yes value buy did pick up the trailing lawn sweeper, however it took them many months to get to this point. I had a mediation meeting set up with the better buisness bureau in HOuston, Tx.( who I thank very much in helping me!) and Value but did not bother to attend. my suggestion is, a company should not let something like this drag out for the time that it did.. I swear this was going on for MONTHS.. and in my eyes it was only settled because of the Better Business bureau in Houston, Texas. Thank you.

Sonia Cardona Misrepresentation was NOT ripped off We did receive a complaint about the product, we authorized her to return the product as she was unhappy with the product. We always attempt to help every customer, she stated the shipping charges were to high. We then asked what is wrong with the product, so we can help her with the large product. She said the wheel didn't turn and needed another wheel, we then contact the manufacture who shipped her the merchandise and told them she was having a problem with the wheel. We immediately contacted Sonia Cardona and gave her the contact name, phone number and address of the shipper and manufacture, so she can get direct help. We coordinated with Sonia Cardona and the manufacture to make sure she got a replacement of the part she needed. We made sure that the manufacture shipped her two different tires (wheels) to replace so they will turn. After all of attempts to repair the product didn't seem to repair the product to her standards. We paid for her to receive a Bill of Landing and had the product picked up at our expense, we issued her a 100% full refund and an apology. We did all that we could do First assist her with repairing the product, Second Issued full refund her money, Second had carrier pick up product at our expense. We do our best to satisfy our customers Sonia Cardona seemed happy about the outcome when we last e-mailed her. Sonia Cardona was NOT ripped off. [home address and phone number deleted]
