Value Place Extended Stay Hotel, ValuePlace.com Stole Money From My Credit Card Value Place and ValuePlace.com stole from my credit card and Rip Me Off Fort Myers Florida
If you stay at Value Place you are taking a very big risk on charges they will make on any card you use with this establishment. Finding them from their website ValuePlace.com I reserved a room for a weeks time period because ValuePlace had some reasonable weekly pricing.
During reservation Value Place charged my credit card 100.00. ValuePlace.com After 4 nights of 7 Value Place charged my credit card again for $417.00. Two weeks later Value Place charges my credit card again for $417.00. I only had reservations at Value Place for 7 nights and was quoted a total charge of $328.00 for all 7 nights.
Value Place charged my credit card for a grand total of $934.00 for a quoted confirmation reservation from ValuePlace.com of $328.00.
When I called the manager to try and resolve the issue with Value Place he screamed and yelled at me like I was the person at fault. Value Place is completely unprofessional and I will never stay again.
Not to mention the rooms at Value Place are at a cheap cost but trust me you will know why as soon as you walk through the door. The Value Place I stayed at was brand new and I have stayed at old motels in better shape. The beds are basically plywood on a box. I actually bounced a quarter to the ceiling.
Value Place has yet to refund my money and will not even return my calls.
ValuePlace.com and Value Place are complete rip offs and if you are able to choice another hotel / motel I would strongly recommend it.
