And heres there own statement...
At Every LocationNo matter which Value Place you go to, there are a few things you can count on at every locationa truly affordable weekly rate and an astonishingly clean room with a full kitchen. All in a more secure environment than youll find at any other extended stay hotel or motel. How can we make this promise to our guests? By keeping things simple. And because were flexible to your needs, you wont find extras padded into our pricing. Instead, you get to pick and choose from the optional add-ons we offer. At Value Place, you get all the convenience of a hotel and all the essentials of a fully furnished apartmentevery time, at every location.
Quite a contradiction if you ask me. The only thing missing is the "glory hole" in their bathroom!
Also people should note that this is a "weekly" hotel hence the "weekly" rate. Im sure no deposits are refunded if you check out early. But it doesnt look like deposits are returned anyway.
Thanks for shining some light on this hellhole.

First of all, I would like to say that our company uses this hotel for many of our employees for travel. There is a clear understanding for the deposits and the rules of the hotel. I prefer to stay somewhere they do "Sexual Offender" background checks as it ensures the safety for many of our single travel female and some male employees. You truly show your education levels with your rants and I can only assume that you were perhaps denied favors by the employee you are quick to bash.
Never once, have we ever felt robbed, misled and paid for anything we did not ask for. There are no "personal" questions asked when checking in and should you have felt it needed to discuss your occupation with the employee is your own choice as you could have simply left it a blur for the employee. As far as the drug policy of the company, the terms and conditions are very clear, should you have taken the time to read the documents you were at the desk signing. As far as the deposit's there are some elements that lose the deposit due to room damage and other reasons for which they should. It only effects the rising cost of the hotels as a whole. I hardly doubt they asked a "million" questions and have to wonder if you can count that high. Perhaps sleeping in the car in -30 degree weather was the wrong choice for you as you indicate the business you are in appears to be very lucrative and you could have easily afforded motel 6. Did you not know the TV didn't work on the first night, it should have been reported and if not fixed called customer service for assistance. Pimped out is not a description that I would look for in a review of a place to stay and you have to realize breakfast is added into your rates whether or not you take advantage of the service as is a gym and pool.
I would consider thinking about your reviews before ranting in the future. My partner and I (Gay) own a company that uses about 250 weeks a year with these hotels and they have NEVER once made us feel uncomfortable in any way and we have never questioned the financials with them. LH

Holy crap - YOU STAYED THERE ONE WEEK????
I would'nt have stayed there one night after what you described!!!
You do seem to show a bizarre fascination with the night managers perceived sexual orientation.
You claim that "he's busy hanging out in his upstairs quarters giving out bl*wjobs to every f*gget (SIC) that answers his advertisement on craigslist.
Please tell us, how do you know this? Hmmmm...
You call him a "rude a** gay manager".
Later you describe him as a "f*gget (SIC) night manager".
