Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance - Citifinancial - Clayton Manufactured Homes ripoff Maryville Tennessee
home financed first thru associates housing finance when purchased. after finding out that they had redone our loan we signed on the 12 on the 13th 7 years later in 2004.
being charged for credit life insurance with no policy written in my husbands name for the premium we were being charged for in the amount of 16,658.0 over a 30 year loan.
on the 13th they added a premium of 3,695.00 for credit life insur. and financed a 56,000.00 dollar home at 68,000.00. bringing the total purchase we would pay over 30 years to (242,587.60)
that we can not even refiance and combine the land the house sits on because of this. as of now we have paid a total of 74,195.46 on a 56,000.00 home and still owe 164,991.54
they will end up making 178,977.00 plus for a 1997 fleetwood 28 by 80 manufactured home with no land attached. the joke of all is the certificate of title states i purchased a vehicle not a 3 bedroom home for my family.
if thats the case and the title states i purchased a vehcile instead of a home then should i not be able to drive around in it. ha!!ha!! i guess this is the lambroghini of manufactured homes.
so be ware there is more to your loan than you think?
