vanderbilt clayton homes Mold in master bathroom and in laundry room.. just noticed the we have a leaks in the roof and we have only had this home for less than 2 years maryville Tennessee

We bought our home less than 2 years ago... when we fist got it we noticed that there was mold in the mater bath behind the drywall for the shower then noticed the same thing in the laundry room. . Windows are not caulked inside and lets the cold air in.... and the other thing is the roof is starting to leak and come inside at least two rooms
