Vape Guru Dubai Sold me 3 packs of leaky pods and refused to change them Dubai Dubai

I ordered a vape and 6 boxes of pods from Vape Guru Dubai (please hyperlink “Vape Guru Dubai” to https://vapegurudubai.com/ ) around 200USD worth. I ordered JUUL compatible pods and of these 3 boxes were leaking. When I say box I mean every single pod so like 13 pods. By the end more than 20 pods were leaking.
When I messaged the Vape Guru Dubai(same hyperlink) the owner laughed at me and said I should have ordered the JUUL brand. Attaching screenshots of the convo. He also switched one of my boxes for a cheaper brand which I did not mind except the cheaper brand was leaking.
Vape Guru Dubai( please hyperlink “Vape Guru Dubai” to the complaint URL https://www.ripoffreport.com/report/vape-guru-dubai/sold-packs-leaky-pods-refused-1507189) said no refunds after 24 hrs and I did not want a refund. I only wanted my leaky pods changed or store credit. Having ordered more than 6 boxes I couldn't really open 24 pods all on one go. When I messaged the store person they were rude and made fun of me for buying THEIR pods that they were selling.
