Velma.com Failure to cancel on request and charged credit card Internet Other
I signed up for their trial period to test for my company. The last day of the cancellation period was on a Saturday. I cancelled the next busines day and although Mr. Price was somewhat sympathetic after several emails he very firmly denied a refund.
