I am trying to define and on the verge of canceling whatever is that I have with you. Also, I am in the process of reporting you to The Office of the Governor of SC, and the Federal Trade Commission, etc. I feel you are taking advantage of me only because my spouse is a senior citizen. On the RipOff.com side I will be only one more of the many complainants there.
I do need in writing a full explanation of what is that I am being charged monthly for. I have repeatedly requested from MEPCO information on what is that they bill me for. I have no record of any "policy", or service that you provide to me. Also on the MEPCO side they tell me that I am "only four months away" of reaching something and I do not know what is that something. I have repeteadly asked CITI and MEPCO to stop the charges that keep on coming.
I do several numbers and telephone numbers that I have and I do not know what they are for.

Your telephone operators are rude, mischievous, inattentive and of course, with a dirty conscience, completely mad and evasive.
I expect an immediate and in writing response. If you call my number I can be ready to receive a fax.
