BEFORE I start with my review - please note that Lisa and Erins response (Lisa writes the responses) will be this, because they are saving face to the general public when literally they already know what the problems are. So here’s how her response will go.

"Hello, This is Lisa Vendetti and Erin Bell, Co-Owners of VWG. We are very sorry to hear about your challenging experience at our practice. It is always our intention to communicate as clearly and effectively as possible when working with those who come through our door. We always strive to have upfront discussions and answer questions to the best of our ability so that those receiving our services know exactly what to expect with billing and insurance.

We truly apologize that you feel this did not happen in a way that meets your needs. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you and work to resolve any and all outstanding concerns. Thank you for taking the time to notify us about this, as this type of feedback is instrumental in assisting us to make sure that we offer the best experience possible.” But the irony is she already KNOWS what’s the issue and when my call logs are ready for the month of February, I will attach them to this review.

She was called twice on 2/10/20 - messages were left on her voicemail asking why she allows what she does and that I literally desired answers in a letter to my residence. She blatantly ignored me for 3 weeks. All of a sudden she emails me yesterday to say she caught wind of reviews and what can she do to fix it? She also puts that response above as her copy and paste to anyone that has an issue with how the business is run.

She evidently has no time to answer you until reviews are spotted and then she’s writing like no tomorrow. Funny how that works. Here’s what they did to me. The irony is what they do for a living versus how they treat the client. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Why???

First off - what they don't tell you is you need a credit card on file. And that's not for what other doctors might utilize it for - i.e. if you miss an appointment- you'll be charged on the card so they don't have to chase after you, they literally bill every visit to your credit card and you won't know that until AFTER your first visit. You can not pay by cash or check. Makes you wonder why?

Secondly - as with my own provider Cristin P. - she conveyed to me that she was told to charge a certain rate for me. For FIVE MONTHS I've been seeing her, that's the rate being pulled out of my credit card weekly. Then today I get a bill that evidently was the difference from what my insurance decided to pay and what Cristin told me I was responsible for.

The copy and paste job of that Email shows billing telling Cristin she shouldn't have been charging me the rate she was - it was supposed to be higher, so that's why I received a 5 month lump sum bill for the difference in what I was told to pay by Cristin - and what I should have been paying per billing. Billing blames it on Cristin / Cristin states she was "told" by someone (she won't say who) to charge me the amount she had been.

They took no responsibility/accountability. - I've never had any dr where you were charged a rate - they messed up on it, and then 5 months after the fact- hit you with a lump sum bill for the difference bc they couldn't decide what was the right rate. So be prepared to be hit with a big bill after a while of going- they won't eat their own mistake.

Why? Bc they can't take accountability and before they will even see you they want your card on file to bill you when they see fit, and 2. They make you sign that paper that every dr does - that if insurance doesn't pay you're responsible. So they got you. Remember that. They are very shady imo. Lastly, they can't even give you a consistent time frame. Cristin again lied in the beginning and said she would find a time to get me in normally. But she never did.

You're thrown into days and times she has available. So you'll never get a set time bc they don't have them. But they'll lie and say they do / just like they lied about the rate. Stay clear. Other professionals aren't going to do this to you. If they ever do make mistakes like that I'm sure they realize it and eat the cost not make you pay for their mistake literally half a year later. Lisa Vendetti had and has no intention of correcting this and what I write below proves why.

You might also want to listen to your vm from yesterday Lisa (or maybe your phone and email has been broken for three weeks right?) as my husband has had enough and you'll see who he's reaching out to. So please stop with the bogus emails and charade after you see reviews. You seem to have NO PROBLEMS replying back when it’s publicly to save face - but to rectify it? You couldn’t do that three weeks ago.

LISA, as I stated, literally got her answer YET AGAIN in an email yesterday and she got an attachment. But her answers were already given 3 weeks ago too. She was called by me 3 weeks ago and I left voicemails wanting answers in writing from her. She blatantly ignored my calls. -But as someone in the wrong, that wants to save face publicly will do - continues on with her copy and paste to reviews with the same words verbatim EVEN AFTER she KNOWS what's wrong. DO NOT LET this place fool you.

They did it to me on the three things I listed above in my initial review. She has NO intention of fixing anything, because fixing it would be taking responsibility for the mistakes and incompetence of her employees who clearly can't even figure out what to bill someone or catch any mistakes until 5 months later and then telling you, you have to pay the back pay immediately. Lisa and Erin should have ate it. Haven't yet in 3 weeks.

The kicker as I stated, that makes her responses NOW that reviews are out "that she caught wind of" as she stated in her email to me yesterday absurd is : In 19 days she never responded to my calls. But she "suddenly" as her email states to me only just yesterday, catches wind of reviews, and she desires to rectify it? She KNEW what the issue was for almost 3 wks & blatantly ignored it. She’s still ignoring it. What she’s doing is just replying to reviews with what I wrote above but she will not fix the problem she knows about.

If that’s not shady, I don’t know what is imo. Thus her response above that she’ll probably write here too is yet just another EXAMPLE of how Lisa and her team, "pretend" like they care - when they were already told the problem & they won't fix it. When my Feb. call logs come in, I'll post that too to this review. Stay clear unless you want to be quoted a price you pay that weekly for almost half a year abc then their billing says "oh no the provider was wrong” yet the provider Cristin says she was told by someone what to charge.

So who’s going to pay the lump sum difference? You are, all at once. Stay clear. She’s on a mission to do damage control publicly but when I get the call logs on March 24 for the month of February, I’ll show where she was well aware of what was going on. Even after my email last night she has done nothing to rectify it but claims in that email she wanted to rectify it. She just is copying and pasting her responses so that to potential clients she looks like she cares. Or that she took initiative.

The only thing she is taking initiative on is attempting to save face. Keep it up Lisa if you feel the need to, bc we’ve already given this all to an attorney and for what you do for a living these lies and mind games won’t fare well.
