I ordered a bikini from Venus swimwear, and when I received it, the bottoms were too little, so I shipped it back, and reordered the moderate bottoms! Two weeks later, I get a call from a lady stating that they are out of that style and could no longer get it in that style, would I like to order something else?

I told her no, and she said that she would credit my account back. Well, when I got the bill the following month, it was $20 less than what they had billed me for! So, I e-mailed Venus to let them know I was not happy about it, and they responded with "It is in the return policy that if you use our label, we will deduct from the account!

It cost $20 to ship back 2 pieces of material for a bikini? I told them just to take me off their mailing list, and that I would never do business with them again! They told me that they had removed my name, and I was floored that they would not have tried to meet me in the middle, as I am a very good and loyal customer! But, if that is the way they do business, I don't want to keep getting ripped off like that!

It was'nt like I was sending it back because I changed my mind, they were out of it, so they charged me a restocking fee, which I think is BULL! Anymore, I am afraid to do business with anyone online, because so many people get ripped off, and I work too hard for my money!

Next time any of you decide to ship something back, NEVER use their label, always take it to the post office!

SCAM SCAM, I know. I ordered for the first time from Venus and applied also for the card. The purchase was put on the new 

card. I received 5 items, one was wrong. I called immediately and VENUS send out the replacement item within 2 days.

I tried the items on, I did not like the quality for the price and decided to send ALL ITEMS back on a one time return label.

Venus then credited my card back only with a fractional amount. I called again and again to get my full refund which I finally

was able to get a 1 1/2 month later. Only that it left a balance on the newly applied for credit card. 

While the card finally was paid off with the total amount of my credit for my return, I am being charged with late fees and interests

each month thereafter. It is a set up between Venus and Venus Credit card. I never heard of a credit card that only gives a few

days to have a change to either get a credit back for a return or pay it off in full.
