I have the same problem with Verizon and have spoken to several others here in the Richmond, VA area. I saw that they were overcharging me and called. Their customer service rep went over all charges and payments onmy account step by step since the very beginning and her comment was "It lookis like we owe you about $367!" The same amount that I had found. She transferred me to the financial dept. saying that they would be the ones to send the refund or credit. I fought with them, sent them proof,have a file about an inch thick, I reported to the BBB, the attorny general's office (They contacted them and wrote them a letter) to no avail. To add insult to injury, they started sending me bills for the same amount they owe me!!!! I've been fighting them for about 4 years on this!!!!
