Verizon Wireless / We Are Wireless We Are Wireless Buyer Beware! Scam Artists Newport Beach , California
I hate to write a bad review, but I must share! Beware! Total rip off and scam artists at this Verizon Authorized Dealer store. The agents are far beyond rude and the service is truly horrible. I bought an iPhone 5 screen protector from this store. The Store manager "David" said that they have the tool to apply this to the screen perfectly so I agreed and paid $32.31 for it. The protector was defective, off center and had many bubbles. It looked cheap and toy like. I went back a few hours later to exchange this or to receive a store credit. Unfortunately I was told that I should read the fine prints! Needless to say, I was greeted poorly and told "good luck"! What a shame!!!
