Verizon Lied about service to get business ! Atlanta , Georgia
I had purchased verzion services almost 2 years ago ! The Internet 3G they told me I was in the coverage area and it would work great ! Well I had a problem it never wanted to connect all the time , so they upgraded me to a wireless device ! It never worked properly ! I figured this out when I had enough of this ! Technical support guy from verzion said he can't believe they even sold me this service because I was never in the coverage network ! So they lied to get my business and money ! Second technical support guy " it's not our job to say if you are in the coverage area or not ! In other words they don't care if u get what you paid for as long as they get paid ! That is falsification to get business ! Which equals bad business !
