Verizon Communications ripoff, dishnonest, fraudulent billing Concord California
Rec'd collection notice from Afni, Inc. in the amount of $882.80 from Verizon Communications On 1/9/07, I spoke to Jan, Badge#04970.
Bill was for home phone in Yucaipa, CA where charges were incurred between Dec. 1999 - May 2000.
I said it was impossible because I had moved to the state of Hawaii on Oct. 1999. I have all documents on file to verify my move.
Jan said that it sounds like a case of idenity theft and asked me to file a report.
