We cant really tell you what you are being charged for without seeing your bill. Block out all your personal information on a bill and scan/upload it here and someone might be able to help you decipher your bill.

That is a bunch of bull!First off when I get a quote from Verizon I ask for the ENTIRE amount INCLUDING taxes boxes all that good stuff. I was give a quote INCLUDING EVERYTHING and it's still higher than it should be. I've had Verizon for 6 months, paid 800+ and they say I still have a balance of $742!! I don't think so! My bill is supposed to be $136.97 a month INCLUDING EVERYTHING and every month my bill would have $20-38 of extra charges and that's NOT including movies I rented. So please tell me why my blance is so high and customer service is rude and thinks we are all stupid people?!?!

remember with fios tv u have to include the boxes for the tv,s taxes and surcharges unfortunately alot of reps forget to advise the customer of that info so if your quoted 150.00 per mo its not including taxes and surcharges or the television equipment hope this helps
