VIBRANT SMILE Celebrity Smile Plain and simple, this is a SCAM. Stay away. Provo, Utah
This Co. is definitely up to no good. On Jan 11 I decided to try their product so, after checking here first and not finding any reports I ordered the teeth whitening trays. They gave me 5 days to evaluate their product without further charge. 5 days later I have nothing to evaluate so I canceled my "membership". Today, Feb. 2nd, I still have no product so I called the Co. up to figure out what the heck is going on. Operator told me that since I canceled my "membership" they could not send out a replacement product. Naturally I asked for a refund to which he said he could not do because it was not refundable. WTF?
I urge everyone here who has been scammed by these people to also file a report with the BBB and dispute the charges you have been scammed out of with your credit card companies.
