After several more discussions with Mr. Gardenhire he decided that it was in his best interest and mine that he pay me what he owed me. Though this situation was not the most professional I have dealt with, Mr. Gardenhire after about another 5 days contacted me and let me know he would pay me and that the check was in the mail. I informed him that upon proper arrival and cashing of the check that I would make a change to the report that I filed.
He did pay me in full as of Wednesday January 2nd 2013. I still found this transaction to be difficult and the entire situation to be out of my liking. I would make an edit to my original report but this web site does not allow for that. Currently me and Mr. Gardenhire are settled up and the situation remains as it is.
As far as Mr. Gardenhire as a person I have no ill will toward him but I myself will not do business with him in the future just because of my own comfortability. People make mistakes and in this situation Mr. Gardenhire made a mistake. He rectified his mistake with proper compensation in a fair and professional manner.
As for the former report the data contained in it is all factual as well as the circumstance of the incident.
