Victor Manuel Maldonado III was arrested, CHARGED WITH A FELONY and put in jail in regards to work done to my home. He refused to correct repairs. I had to take him to court and was issued a judgement against him in the amount in excess of $6000. He was provided many opportunities to correct the faulty workmanship and refused, providing me with no option. I have nothing to hide here. I will provide all documentation for your viewing to substantiate my experience. He possesses no licenses, nor insurance. I will GLADLY speak to anyone to further substantiate what has been already proven. BE WARNED. Do not be his next victim !!!!HE IS DEVIOUS AND MAY BE UTILIZING OTHER NAMES OR BUSINESSES AS FRONTS... HE IS A PREDATOR, LIAR, AND A THIEF. HE WILL SUBCONTRACT THE WORK AT YOUR HOME AND NOT, I REPEAT NOT PAY THE WORKERS LEAVING YOU THE HOMEOWNER WITH ANGRY WORKERS !!!!LOOK AT HIS MUGSHOT ON 5/16/2014 IN BREVARD COUNTY!!!
