Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

are you kidding me ????  victor moreno claims bankruptcy and everyone will get screwed? how can this be what a state nevada must be where you can accept peoples items thru the us postal service post them online and sell them charge a premium to the buyer and seller and still keep all the money and screw everyone isn't this some kind of fraud? shouldn't there be crimainal charges. this guy is  a real scumbag and to top everything off the company still runs with a new name and the same people they might as well be on the street steling purses and wallets and telling people oh well where is the legal system here?

lets start with you trying to include our fine soldiers in your rebuttal, do you have to reach that low? i and the people you have robbed have nothing but the utmost respect for the men and woman who serve our country! leave them out of this!

your business model is that of thiefs take our items post them on your site charge the buyer a percentage and chearge the seller a percentagethen you just keep everything. you are a group of thiefs that still owe many people and have made little or no effort

you have used the postal service to rob people somehow legally in the great state of Nevada.

take a look at your better business rating i just cant believe the state attorney general has not investigated or brought charges against you.

you people are the worst and everything possible to stop this company should be done.

American Memorabilia paid back hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past several years. They were sued, had a judgment and dissolved months ago. It is not still open, nor were any judgments issued on fraud. It is no longer run, owned, managed etc by Victor Moreno.

Incredible this site allows lies about stealing money, fallacies about him still running a dissolved i.e. CLOSED company, name calling and other issues against their own internal policies.

If you missed it, the last several  years were a recession and most auction houses did not survive. However American Memorabilia operated on a shoestring until forced to close several months ago.

Please consider your grammar "steling", capitalizing US that so many men died to keep us safe, occasionally capitalizing the start of the run-on sentences and general garbling of the English language and then maybe you can get your facts straight.
