Victor solarte and Lisa Solarte Columbian people had screwed my wife and I out of money. Victor had drugs in the office while my wife and I were signing papers. He defrauded us out of 3 points on our mortgage I want revenge. I am sick of this and He needs to be shut down because I had lost 9000 dollars. His office number is 847 639 1199

The AG in illinois has put a cease and desist on victors operatoin..
He is a scam artist and steals money from brokers who work for him.. He will invite you in and be nice to you then try to pocket your commission and secretly play you for a fool.
This is what he does.. dont fall for it
The FBI has issued an alert if you check the site..
Victor Solarte.. emerald mortgage/waterfield financial. This is the new name he is working under
