Coerced, lied to regarding Vida, Destinos Unlimited, vacation membership. Prices of Marriotts, Ritz Carltons and others for 1 week with Destinos Unlimited range from 299-999.00 Dollars. Told these prices during presention, with these hotels definitely mentioned. These prices are for the Diamond weeks, of which we purchased 30 weeks for 10 yrs. It is impossible to get these hotels at these discount prices. This was an outright lie by the SALES person. We were finished with them until he brought up this GEM.
Our 1 FREE week, can only be booked 6 months in advance, and changing the week they gave us>>>>13 Oct--20 Oct. would be no problem if we could not make that date work. If U can't book a yr. in advance LIKE we were TOLD we have basically no chance of getting a 1 bed. suite at one of their resorts in JAN.2019.
Vida dollars are one for one with US. currency. Not a chance. They are basically worthless.
Yesterday, it was too bad, sorry to be losing your business, we will cancel the contract, BUT U won't be getting a refund.
I paid $2500.00 Canadian for nothing.
