I signed up, bought the video professor learn Excel paid in full.Then they sent me advance Excel I did not want it sent it back immediate and then called,upon calling I was told I was supposed to call someone to let them know I was sending it back. I did not see this information. However they told me the 2nd time I called that they had recived the item and it would be 21 days before they could return funds into my account. They took the $189.00 out of my bank account before I even recieved the product and have a chance to look at it as they advertise. Now it's been over a month I have called several times and get a run around. Still No money returned to my account. I have several other charges on my account from them as well. I'm not happy at all with this company and have also canceled my membership.

I want my money!

It has been a month and 10 days and I still have not recieved the refund for product I returned. I was told 21 days now they do not return my phone calls and I still have not been refunded last conversation with a rep. he was very rude. I had my lawyer call as well and they were rude with her as well. Anyone got any idea's how I get my $189.95 the stole from me???
