They do not allow these reports to be removed, precisely to avoid these kinds of scams. If they allowed it, you would get scammers posting negative reports about companies, then charging them a fee to remove it under the guise of "reputation management".
Just post (as you did) that all is well and it was just a little tiff. That will protect his reputation.

Vineeth and I are in the process of working on a child support agreement. I would remove this report but this freaking website doesn't seem to want to allow that. I think they want me to pay an arbitrator or some kind of similar scam.

Thanks for the kind words, but my mother is smart enough to know that having a child without a husband is stupid, and incredibly unfair to the child. Heck, a lot of single moms I've known don't even take the responsibility to actually support the child, and sponge off their parents; some even *live* with them (and we are talking adults here).
There are exceptions, of course; some women *have* to leave their husbands due to abuse. But in your case, you knew *instantly* that your kid would not have a father; the dude who knocked you up made that clear.
My advice to you: learn how to use birth control, unless you want a life of poverty.

Thanks, everybody for your advice and encouragement. (Except Steve. His mother should have gotten rid of him.) I hope Vineeth sees the light at the end of the tunnel someday...

If he is gets an order to pay child support and does not he can be arrested for nonsupport. Child Support can take out of his paycheck, unemployment disability the IRS and social security. Child Support has gone federal they are no longer playing around.
I know someone who is still fighting her exhusband for child support and he owes her alot in back childsupport. When he gets a job and childsupport catches up to him he quits that job and goes to another .
There is also a warrant out for his arrest.
That idiot who got you pregnant is responsible for this child also and he should help support it .

With the County you live in (either Dallas or Collin). You can do it Pro Se ie: without the help of an Attorney. If you can afford an Attorney I know several that specialize in Family Law. Did he sign the birth certificate (my guess is no). He may ask for a DNA test so let him. Good luck to you.

But he *told* you to get rid of it. Yet, you decided to keep it. Sorry babe, but it is your responsibility; you have nobody to blame but yourself.
