 I place a order with Vintage Lucy's Tabatha Hasslebrink on Instagram 3/22/16. I paid PayPal invoice immediately. My order was listed as RTS Ready to Ship. Vintage Lucy's advertise a 2 week turn around. After 2 weeks I contacted Tabatha for my order status, no response. I commented on the item I purchased several times. No response. My comments were deleted each time. I tried contacting Tabatha through PayPal sending a message & opening a dispute. After opening a PayPal dispute Ms. Hasslebrink finally responded. She replied that there was some confusion with her orders & who paid for what, no "I'm sorry" or "I have fallen behind" Tabatha then told me my item was ready to ship but she would need me to close PayPal case so she could purchase shipping label. In good faith I closed the case. 4/11/16 Tabatha Hasslebrink provided me a PayPal USPS tracking # 9400109699937493315892 tracking # never entered into post it only shows label was created. 10 days 4/20/16 I emailed Tabatha Hasslebrink regarding my order status, I told her I had concern because the tracking # she provided me showed "A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 10:38pm on April 11, 2016 in Orange, CA 92868. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual making date. I received no response. I never heard from Tabatha Lee Hasslebrink again regarding my order. I never received my order. It was a dress for my 18 month old daughter that cost me $34. Because I agreed to close my PayPal dispute I could not reopen it. I decided to call PayPal I told them what I have just shared with you because I have had a PayPal account for 15 years with no disputes, PayPal refunded me my $34 out of their pocket. Vintage Lucy's Tabatha Hasslebrink did not refund me but PayPal is keeping a record of her filed disputes and I'm positive karma will catch up to her someday in someway. If you are considering purchasing from Vintage Lucy's, don't! Learn from my mistake! Its a real hassle!!

 Update: I never did receive any response regarding my order from Vintage Lucy's but 2 days after posting here & reaching out to potential customers, my item finally arrived to USPS 4/21/16 I finally received the item I ordered on 4/23/16. It is sad that the communication between buyer & seller is so bad! The item I received does have flaws but that is expected with any handmade items. Will I ever order from Vintage Lucy's again? No! Dear Tabatha Hasslebrink, Thank You for finally shipping my order, I wish that instead of ignoring my inquiries regarding my order status that you would have just communicated & said "I have a lot of orders, I'm running behind, etc. I would have been understanding but ignoring the situation made me doubt your integrity as a business owner. I feel like it took a lot of noise for you to hear me, but again thanks for doing the right thing and providing the item I paid for, I work hard for my money too!
