I am using there new Sugar Mama Program and I am trying to collect minutes everyday.

I got surprise that they are deducting me 1 minutes on my "Minutes Used" everyday even if I have not touch my cellphone. I disabled all the subscriptions in Virgin Mobile to prevent extra charge on my account for a year now.

Also, no one calls on my cellphone because we usually use land line.

I always experience this every time I check my account on there website.

Then, when I checked my Account Activity, there is no recording transaction that I use minutes on that day that made my balance decrease.

Also, no one is calling my mobile which I just notice that there are suspicious activity that is going on there company. According to the law, all transactions should be documented to provide evidence and to prevent lawsuits however virgin mobile has lack of reports in regards to costumers transaction.
