The report above is completely false, made up, untrue, lies, imagination, slander and a lot more. Here's the rundown. Internet Advancement breed several individuals who went out and started their own companies. Mobile Penguins is one, Future Ranking is one, Internet Advancement is one. They are all separate companies, NOT AFFILIATED WITH ONE ANOTHER AT ALL. Cap, WMS, and Vis. are all related companies and are in no WAY AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER COMPANIES. NO, we do not work together with Mobile Penguins, Internet Advancement, Future Ranking or any others, unless otherwise stated ON OUR WEBSITE or IN OUR AGREEMENT and not by third party or word of mouth. The individual above is obviously mistaken, and making this up for reasons of their own, probably slandering as usual, nothing new from those guys. Notice how we aren't on here slandering any companies, just addressing our own concerns. If you ask me, it takes a true chicken to post anonymously on a ROR type site rather than picking up the phone, calling and taking care of matters like a professional person would. You can see the type of attitudes this poster has portrayed, basically just a child with childish ways trying to throw unsuspecting consumers off by posting lies, false accusations and such. It takes a simple search in the WA State incorporated business search to see ALL the companies mentioned are separate entities and owned by UNIQUE individuals, no one works together except the three subsidiary companies I mentioned above. We do not condone this attitude and demeanor and will continue our investigation into these reports and the individuals behind them. It may takes years, but we'll eventually find them and prosecute to the full extent of the law.

Dear Concerned Citizen: First of all; to let you know, Captures.com closed its doors for good. However; on behalf of Mister Mychael Shane (you never heard of him until now), we would like to apologize for Jame's attitude; regarding his remarks to you, and we feel deeply hurt; from your reactions. This is because; we are very frustrated, trying hard for you to understand how we do business. After our last Business Meeting; it is Mychael Shane's desire for me to explain to you; how we do Professional Business, and I will try to make this as simple as possible. As for a brief introduction; Mr. Mychael Shane is the Sales Executive of Mobile Penguins Incorporated, and Mr. Jarod McMillan is the CEO. (mobilepenguins.com) It was Mr. Shane's great business idea of spreading the instructions for conducting of all of the Business Practices to Mobile Penguins Inc., Subsidiaries, including Captures.com, and Visible.net. Second of all; Mr. Shane has hired a Professional Lawyer, and the Rules are simple. Have you ever read the agreement on all U.S. Dollar Bills? This Note is Legal Tender for All debts public and Private. Now; I hope that you fully grasped the Last Word in the previous statement. Good Because; this is the Bottom Line: All of our customers Gave Us The Right to access their debit and/or credit info. And Mobile Penguins Incorporated along with all of our Subsidiaries: Captures.com Inc., Web Marketing Source Inc., Internet Advancement Inc., Beyond Search Inc., and Visible.net Inc. must apply specific Rules of Practice; to achieve our best results. Other Subsidiaries integrated with us do include but are not limited to Google, Yahoo!, MSN, and any other SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Companies. The point is: We all work together to benefit our customers, and invent new strategies. That is why James was involved in the previous Rebuttals, because again; we all work TOGETHER I must inform you to also notice; what all of our Contract Agreements state: All content is the Sole-Property of Captures.com and all Subsidiaries. So; when you or anyone AGREES to accept any service that we are offering, then YOU are bound to OUR Contracts, and it is very true that any of our Companies are NOT obligated to do any of the work that you, and our customers are requesting. And we do possess Notarized Xeroxed Copies (NXC) of all of our Contracts; bearing YOUR signature. And if you read the Fine Print; on your Contract, it clearly states; that your Original Contract may be truncated; if necessary. The purpose of this, is because; paperwork takes up too-much room. The Contract becomes LAW; right when you signed any of our Contracts, and you all said you read them very well. So it is NOT our fault, and we are working Professionally as you can see. This is done by telling you the truth; out in the open, without any strings attached. Most Important: Mrs. Tabitha McMillan (Chief Financial Officer of Mobile Penguins Inc.) told me that; one of Mobile Penguin's employees wanted to blow the whistle per se, and you should NOT listen to them; as she told me. It is irrelevant to say that our Companies would copy your signatures from old credit-card receipts supposedly done by Jarod's sister; Serena. And as you know; a Professional Company would NEVER do something so asinine like that! Just totally ignore any postings made by them; because all of Mobile Penguins' Contracts are legitimate. We are taking good-care of this matter; out of court, so you will probably not see the false postings anytime soon. I am sure this may hurt (the truth always does), but one last thing: The Internet World is just like a Poker Game. You should think about it Sometimes we win our Card Hands with just a Bluff. Our Visible.net Infomercial states that very clear; to that effect, and we hope that you understand. Good for you; if you do. And we hope that you will feel better (we know you will, nor anyone needs to be concerned) when our six new Subsidiaries will emerge in the Seattle-Tacoma Area; next year, to help all of our new customers. As you can see: The Dot-Com Industry is still ALIVE and WELL, and we REFUSE to LOSE. Powered by Mobile Penguins Inc! NOTE: Mobile Penguins Incorporated is NOT affiliated with LINUX.

You either have not done your research well on this company or simply do not understand what it means to be ripped off by anyone. First of all...your attitude is much like that, of one of the company employees...even if that is NOT who you are. Who you are, is irrelevant. What IS relevant, is...if you ARE a third party and truly NOT from the company then you wouldn't be so against telling why you've spent the past year researching them. And if there is a true reason for this to be confidential and you'd have every right to keep it that way there is a much MORE professional way to state that. You chose to simply be obnoxious. And those who have defensive attitudes in many cases have something to hide. If you are starting your own business then one would think you should be spending more time working on and building your businessrather than wasting time posting in areas that do NOT concern you. If you have no relation to Visible.net in any way than why bother spending so much time sticking up for them. Worry about your own business and IT'S reputation. Unless you plan to follow in this companys footsteps. If that is so you have a rough road ahead of you, as well. If you truly read all the postings you would see that, although there are many others issues with this company one HUGE problem is their SERVICE! NOT having anything to do with ROI, as you seem to think. Basically Visible.net (formerly Captures.com) promises the worldand once they receive payment FULL PAYMENT that is the client NEVER hears from them again. And if they (the client) attempt to make contact with the company there is always great frustration in that they never get a response. And if they do it is usually after many, many, many, many phone calls and e-mails later taking weeks at times, to get someone on the phone. And sometimes that would STILL not get them anywhere. A few clients stated that the only way they got a response from the company was after they posted on ROR, the BBB, or through the Attorney General's office. It's NEVER OK for it to be this difficult to reach a company, that is claiming to provide you with services of any kind. Customer Service is just that .providing SERVICE to your customers .being available for those customers, when they need you or have any questions. Or when they are inquiring into the status of their project. This in NOT unreasonable and for the amount of money Visible.net (formerly Captures.com) collects for these alleged services they have an obligation to provide them. There have even been clients who have asked to see proof of some of the work that's been done. Captures would always respond that they've done the work and don't have to show the client anything. Again this is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, and gives the client definite reason for suspicion. The client has EVERY right to see the work that's been done. PAYING for a service GIVES them that right! We're not talking about a few dollars here or even a few hundred dollars we're talking about thousands upon thousands of dollars being collected by this companyand many clients NEVER seeing proof of any work being done. There is definitely something wrong with that picture. Oh and then all of a sudden when so many complaints are made against this company about sites not being ready when promised does a site all of a sudden pop up online as if they've been working on it all along. It's something they quickly throw together to cover themselves. Their contracts state that sites will be ready in NO LATER THAN 30 to 60 days. They're have been complaints that sites have not been completed for up to and beyond 4 & 6 months. That is NOT exceptable especially since the company chooses not to communicate any delays to the client. COMMUNICATION is the key word here. And there is NONE of that without a lot of stress and anxiety on the part of the client. You are the one who consumers would see right through as all they would read from your postings is arroganceand nothing helpful for the issues being discussed in this forum. So, you can keep your comments to yourself unless you have something to state that would be helpful to them.

How come they (the company Visible.net) seem to say, they feel these postings/complaints...must be from a competitor. You didn't mention anything about that. And that's exactly the same thing...as what you're complaining about. Not that either is really the issue here. Those statements made, of whether the posters are the company employees or whether comments are coming from competing companies...are only brief mentions in the comments. You need to read the history, to understand the recent communications. We are just stating the TRUTH about this company....that's all! And you're absolutely right...anyone can state their opinions...and there's nothing wrong with that. But also many are from personal experience. That's how this all started, anyway.

why is it that when a poster responds (rebuttals) to any post on this site.....in a way that does not agree with the original poster.....that poster....or even others...immediately slam them with being an employee of the company.?? You see this a lot with banks and credit cards. Everyone is entitled to an opinion.....if it doesnt agree with yours.....thats all it is...not agreeable. It does not mean that said person is automatically an employee of said company...or the person being complained about. It gets tiring reading those who have nothing substantial to back up their complaints with and must resort to mudslinging/name calling and asumptions.

I am not an employee or a customer. I am a third party with interests that are of my own concern not anyone else's. I have been an independent seo for over 10 years and can tell you for a fact that the services provided by them are exactly the same as the so called "reputable companies" you mentioned. All I can do is speculate you are a competitor based off of what you write, which digs you into a deeper hole each time and is pretty hilarious to think that anyone is buying into your BS. You obviously don't know S*&t from shinola about the search industry, what's involved or the people who need the service. What exactly gives you the right, privilege or reason to spout your mouth about what's right or wrong when you yourself don't have an idea about running a technology or marketing service company. Let alone what to expect from one. I have read every thread, I have talked to the company over the course of several months, on my own time, I have researched them for over a year. I am well aware of the type of customers that come out of the woodwork. As a service provider myself, I know it's difficult to make everyone happy and that some people won't be happy no matter what's done due to outlandish expectations or because they are so desperate to see ROI that any little thing sets them off. If you truly cared about helping others why don't you learn seo and start your own biz? Walk in my shoes and then spout your mouth, you'd at least know what you were talking about rather than wasting time beating a dead horse. Come to think of it, you've never even posted about your situation or what they did exactly to "rip you off." Why are you so quick to jump in on the conversations here? As I stated it's most likely because you're a competitor of theirs, but that's just my expert opinion. Until I hear something other than finger pointing with no proof, I and others will continue to wonder your true motives here.

If you are not employed by them...why would this matter to you. If you ARE employed by them...I say nice try to you! You are the one, not doing any research on this company...if you are by some small chance...an innocent third party...just commenting. Lets have the company comment in writing, on this site...the reason for them using this new name. Although...I don't think theres anything they can say...that we'd believe. You're absolutely right about only ONE thing....that is...consumers are smart...and they will not fall for the companys BS. They are the ones with the BS...not innocent consumers that have been hurt by them. Those are the true victims here. We have yet to see one purely happy customer, that is not just a Visible.net (previously known as Captures.com) employee, posting to save face. Why would the company even try doing that...if they really had nothing to hide. You are obviously speaking without knowing the whole story. You're probably an employee...as we've seen the same front before...that you seem to think competitors, would even take the time to post anything...pretending to be someone they're not. The truth be known...competitors (reputable companys out there) are actually HELPING their clients. And by doing that...would leave NO time for childish nonsense...such as posting negative comments about other companys. Those of us, who take the time to post...are those who DO KNOW the truth...and post it...to help prevent others out there...from getting hurt. And...thank god...it's already helped...many NOT make the same mistake.

I first noticed that name on their sites in January, and it is also mentioned on their new site about page. Doesn't look like they are hiding anything to me, or even trying to. If you call them, they answer as the new company and explain everything about the switch. Instead of speculating, lying and stirring the pot just call like I did and ask them about it. You sound like a competing company rep, I recognize you from other posts you've made. Nice try, but remember consumers are smart and can see right through your BS.
