VisiNow Inc. John Couch Bait and Switch Sugar Land, Texas
VisiNow promised to produce viable traffic to my website, which is flash based. After I signed up for some basic service, which produced traffic, but traffic which did not stay (measured by "bounce rate"), they immediately told me this was because my site was built in flash. They then told me they could address the issue, for a fee five times my initial investment. At no time at the beginning did they suggest the flash would be an issue.
Seems like a classic bait and switch. I offered to simply stop at that point and have them refund my payment for any unused services, they refused, only offering credit towards more services (which would also require an additional investment).
John Couch and Erick Martinez do not conduct business in a proper fashion, and we in fact somewhat disrespectful in their communication, addressing me as if I were their long lost frat buddy.
Do not do business with this firm!
