Seriously enough with the "Class Action Lawsuit" talk. Not to really pick on you but this does nothing to add to your report. Do you even know what it takes, and how much it takes to get a CA going? I doubt you would even find a lawyer to take this as a possible Class Action, and if you did they would want thousands of dollars up front.
If you think you have a claim either go after them in Small Claims, depending on how much the damage is. If you are unsure of how much of a claim you have then go get a consultation with a lawyer.
But here is a problem you have. You don't know how it got damaged, or at least you didn't post it. If they parked it and a tree fell on it because of the weight of the snow, the chances of you prevailing in any action against them would be slim. You would basically have to show that they were negligent and that negligence overrides any "liability release" that you probably signed or was on the claim check/receipt when you dropped off the car.
Your other problem to your claims is that damaging vehicles is a common occurrence. You have been using them for 20 years and have never had a problem.
