Vivid Circle Joel LeVan, Melissa Walter Poor Value ... Prey on Customers lack of Knowledge Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
We have used many companies to do media, marketing, and advertising campaigns. Vivid Circle and Joel LeVan seemed to be a legitimate source for our next photography projects. Turns out the product(s) sold us were elementary enough that we could have done them online and he brought little real value. He simply preys on people that don't know better, which is fair, but unethical. Accordingly, I don't want him to get that type of business any longer. Make your money off of a product you can be proud of, Joel. He made us some money, but it is money we could have made ourselves on a Sunday afternoon. We will never do business with him again. Had he told us, we would have done huge projects forever with Vivid Circle. We will go elsewhere now.

To whom it may concern, I would first like to say that this claim is absolutely false. The plaintiff even misused the description of what we do in the report and how our services would be utilized. I would appreciate that the claim be deleted from this website. Since this is a false claim (and slander), our lawyer has also been contacted about this matter.
