The promised me the world and gave me nothing.... Offered a small refund on a $4,900 fee. RIP OFF ARTIST ! They actually modified my disclosure form that stated " did we guarantee a a job for you". I stated your VP sales/placement actually did ! Alan, you'd do anything for a buck, right!

In my over 20 years in the Career Consulting business, I have learned that we can't fix everyone's problems. Although we have helped thousands of individuals realize their career goals, a few we have been unable to help. Why? They have emotional or psychological problems that are beyond our ability to resolve. Mr. Ed **** came to our firm in November 2007 and asked us to help him find a career direction. He was working three jobs and was lost. In hindsight we should have seen a red flag when he wrote in his historical achievements that, All of my past bosses were excited when I left. I was always outspoken about right and wrong and they wouldn't listen to my approaches. We worked extensively with Mr. **** for approximately four months (of his six month contract). We spent considerable time and effort in one on one counseling and testing. We strongly encourage Mr. **** to conduct networking, we even offered personal contacts and to occupy him to networking functions. He refused to conduct any networking, stated that they were all losers. He then accused us of inducing him to become a client by promising him a position as a venture capitalist. This accusation surfaced four months after his start. He made no mention of this offer in his quality assurance documents or in numerous meetings with his career counselor. Mr. **** has nothing in his background that would remotely qualify him for venture capital. At his point we realized that Mr. ****'s issues would be best addressed by other types of professionals. We offered a refund. Mr. **** refused our refund offer and demanded a public letter of apology. We are sorry that we can's fix Mr. ****'s problems, but we can't put the wheels back on everyone's wagon.
