Vygandas Banys Sold me a French Bulldog from Lithuania. He said that the parents were champions and sent me a picture of the FATHER. It turned out that he stole the picture from the internet and pretended that it was his. Then when I received the FCI papers, instead of Lithuania, the puppy came from BELARUS. He is basically a puppymiller who collects puppies sells them at PUPPYFIND.COM to the US.
