I purchased a Tital N-120 from W30 Inc on 5/6/2015. After installation we realized that it was not working properly.
We contacted tech support which supported our complaint.
The unit was returned on June 29, 2015 by the USPS. I have the tracking information that shows that it was delivered
on July 2, 2015. I waited for my credit to appear on my credit card statement. Finally, I placed a call toward the beginning
of August. I was advised that the unit was probably in the warehouse and he would go and check and give me a call back.
To this date I have not received a call back. I have called several more times and received the same excuse. Well if mine
is lost among that many others then there is a bigger problem than I initally suspected.
I would appreciate my refund.
