Complaint Review: W.a.hlavaty Sam - Oak Hills California

For years I have seen this false report show up when my name is googled. The truth is that Edward K. Sutton, Jr ("Jr") and several of his drug abusing cronies were taking advantage of his parents. The City of Montclair Code Enforcement made the parents move out of there home because the conditions were so deplorable. The parents were told by the city that if the house and property again became so cluttered, (20+ cats in a large cage, multiple dogs in and out of the house, broken down cars in the yards and driveway, hoarding, etc.) the city would pay to have the clean-up done and put a lien against the home. 

The Montclair Police Department made several raids and arrested Jr and his friends for possession and sale of illegal substances. The house was welll known for the illegal activities.

The family contacted me to become the Conservator of both parents. They were unable to say no to their son and his friends. At the time I assumed the court apponted position Jr had taken out over 24 credit cards in his father's name. There are still collection agencies chasing Jr for repayment. The parents were using all of their monthly retirement funds and dipping into savings each month to support Jr, his girlfriend and others. None of these people were employed. Jr took his 80+ year old father when he went to buy and sell drugs.

It is unfortunate that Jr's parents felt that he was somehow disabled and enabled his irresponsible behavior. The father constantly wrote letters claiming that the convictions were always someone else's fault, that his son was framed, that there was a conspiracy against his son, including the police, the courts, the government and others.

All of my actions were approved by the Superior Court for the County of San Bernardino including how the parents finances were handled, bills paid, my billings and accountings. The records with the police department and Code Enforcement will substantiate Jr's actions. The Conservatorship file is public record and outlines the abuse perpetrated by Jr and his friends on his parents. Jr's criminal record is also open to the public from minor traffic violations through drug convictions and conviction for child abuse. 

It is easy to anonymously slander someone on the internet and not have to back up your claims.

We recently went through something much similar. Can't say a whole lot here, as we also have ongoing issues, very similar, but the way the cops treated you is very wrong, and just becasue they're in the high desert, they think they can get away with it, because people are afraid to complain, and all the judges and lawyers trade favors to those with the most $. We were even told (by a sneering cop) not to drive down dark streets, alone!?  We have an attorney helping, and are gathering testimonies from others who have been abused by the law in the high desert. If what you say is true, we need to talk!  We are not permitted to post e-mail addresses or our name here, which we would be afraid to do anyway, but we could help each other, so we need to get in touch somehow.

for sam crime does pay now he has ran up all my and my dads credit cards and has called the police and said i ran up all of the cards he has shut off he is a lier and i hope that some how that the police figure this out before i go to jail when he is the one that needs to go all the people that say he would never do this has not had him steal there credit cards he needs to go to jail and have the key broken off in the lock!!!!!if im going to go to jail then i may as well really do something to be put there because no one belives me any way.thank you for hearing me out.

Sam was hired by my sister and brother and law they went to court and sam was made a temp conservator my brother and law is friends with the cheif of police and had the police come out 10 times or more saying we were abusing my parents my friends and i were puting in a new lawn and re landscaping there yard with lots of beautiful flowers and plants we also were repainting the whole house inside and out in fact many of the times when the cops would show up we were out side painting or doing yard work the cops would stop us from working search us then they would try to make my parents say that we were abusing them we said that no one was being abused my parents said there must be some kind of mistake then they said that my friends and i were involved in oganized crime then the cops sam and my brother and law showed up took my truck and my parents truck broke open my door to my room tore the room apart went to my storeage cut the lock off tore it up the put there lock on it and said i was not aloud to go there unless they say i can this whole thing is crazy they have shut off my credit cards have taken my truck i hope my trucks title is still inside the house but i can not go see if it is i wonder if because my brother in law is in debt way way way way over his head and some how after all of this he bought a new harley motorcycle and took a trip to canada he was so upset about my parents being abused he had to take a vacation but what really happend is some how he was able to get his hands on some of the money they scammed off my parents because he has been a big spender money is no problem type of guy in fact when my syster and him were first married they never had money to eat so my parents for the first 20 years every week would give them $150 to $200 to eat this is around $208,000.00 in 20 years time so anyway they are now controling every cent my parents have they decide when my parents can shop for food or when they get gas in there car my parents are still sharp they do not need any one telling them how to live or how they should spend there money and because they took all there money they cant pay a lawyer they also go thru there mail and dont give them all there mail my dad has writtien many letters to many people but none of the letters get to my dad because they look over and decide what letters they will let him have and what letters they will keep as for a restraining order i have never seen any when my dad went to the police they said they would send him some info but he has not seen anything i told him he wont because i have not done any thing just like all the times they came and searched the house they never showed us a warrant they would say we need to look inside then they would go right in its not like you can stop 10 to 12 cops pushing there way threw the door i know there has got to be a way to turn this around but as for getting any help from the police they have never been any help ever and as for old age causing them any problems they are sharp enough to know that sam & my brother and law are RIPPING THEM OFF AND THEY WANT IT TO STOP NOW!!!!!! From your post it is hard to ascertain this person's relationship to yourself and your parents. Are they elderly and is he some kind of a caretaker for them? How is it he is involved in their/your life? In what manner did he get access to their bank account and your bank account AND your vehicles? Did he somehow get the vehicle titles changed from your names into his (and how did he do so - does he somehow have a power of attorney relationship?). If he is truly abusing what ever POA relationship he may have, get as many facts as you can together and take them to the police or a qualified attorney who deals with such matters as elder abuse. Is there really a restraining order agaisnt you keeping you away from your parent's house? Did you do something to cause that to be put in place? A few more facts would be helpful.
