Wal Mart Rudeness gets worse and worse Whitesburg Kentucky
I cannot believe how rude the lady at the front desk is. I was in there less than a month ago and she threw some clothes and actually snorted at someone in line in front of me. When I finally got up there I was so nervous that I forgot how much the money order I needed should have been and had to look it up. Needless to say, that pissed her off even more.
Yesterday an older lady was trying to return a telephone that she could not understand the directions to. It was a gift and she just wanted to change it for a easier model. The cashier at the desk (Anna, I made sure to look at her name this time) yelled at the old lady so loud that people walking in the store and by the desk stopped and dropped their mouths open. The poor lady just left her phone and walked out. I guess Wal Mart hired her to do that so they could keep peoples stuff. I know she has worked there a real long time so they must accept her behavior.
As soon as it was my turn to get my money order I had had enough. Before she had a chance to say anything rude to me, I warned her to not raise her voice to me or I would call the corporate office from the phone on her desk. She just laughed and rolled her eyes but she didnt raise her voice this time.Maybe that is what everyone who goes to this wal mart should do to be treated like a person instead of trash.
