walled lake credit bureau llc doing work for bank of america is sending out packets of loan documents via fed ex second day (no signature required) for home retention loans to customers of bank of america whom are not late nor under water on their loans
walled lake credit bureau llc doing work for bank of america is even listing FULL ACCOUNT NUMBERS and non published telephone numbers on fed ex label and EVEN includes instruction via a telephone number if undeliverable for fed ex driver to DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER destroy in field
walled lake credit bureau llc's owner pat summerville was shocked to know his company was doing this when i confronted him on his telephone number (cell) and he was going to email me contact info with bank of america to conslut them
i am not late nor have never been late over 30 days late with bank of america
how many more people have walled lake credit bureau llc and bank of america sent these documents to whom would not even qualify for this program (assuming they are getting government funding to do this) and wouldn't their stock holders (bank of america) rather save their fed ex dollars and give the postal service a little business
after confronting both walled lake credit bureau llc and bank of america on may 9, 2012 and saying they were sorry here comes fed ex again on may 11, 2012 with another packet saying that i have not completed their previous request sent on april 6, 2012
