Walmart Douglas Tires Douglas tires and road hazard Riverdale UTAH
I bought 4 Douglas tires 9 months ago. I had a slow leak and took it to Riverdale, UT Walmart. I. Had purchased road hazard but was told a sidewalk pin hole leak wasn’t covered. My tires were already down to 5/32 so I had to buy a new tire and have it shaved at another tire shop. This week another tire was low. Took it to Clinton, UT Walmart. Pinhole in the sidewall. This time the rep said pin hole in the side wall was covered by road hazard. Two questions: 1.why are Douglas tires having pinhole problems? 2. What is the road hazard policy on pin holes and why is Walmart different at two locations?
