WalmartMoneyCard Green Dot Corporation I never received my permanent card in the mail after waiting two weeks Nationwide
I recently purchased a WalmartMoneyCard I never received the permanent card in the mail after waiting two weeks. I called to verify the delivery date and was told that a new card was being sent to me within another two weeks but was not told that a hold would be put on my temporary card that has funds on it... I called to complain that I couldn't make any purchases and was told by an account manager named Leona that I still have to wait two weeks and that she does not have the tools to lift the hold so now I have no access to my money:(... This is a bad business practice made by Green Dot corporation and WalmartMoneyCard. They don't provide their customers with better options and no email address to put in a complaint, just bad customer support! #unsatisfiedcustomer#ripoffmoneycorporations
