Warehouse Deals, Inc. Amazon Warehouse Deals, Inc. AMAZON IS LIEING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!! THEY OWN THIS COMPANY! Internet
I purchased an outdoor chair thru Amazon.com from Amazon Warehouse Deals, Inc. The box included the parts to asssemble. When I went to assemble the chair, they had sent the incorrect parts so I wasn't able to assemble it. I called Amazon.com and complained. I was told by a rep in India that they did not own the company, could not send the proper parts and would do nothing for me. I looked up WHOIS and found that Amazon did indeed own Warehouse Deals, Inc. I then told them I wanted a refund, and they said they had to wait 3-4 business days and I would get an email stating it had been processed. I asked for a supervisor and I was hung up on!!! I have reported them to the Fraud Dept. in Los Angeles, and have cancelled my Amazon credit card and will never do business with them again.
