simply stated I agree and disagree with the comments stated, for the mostpart the processes used by our company are indeed unorthodox but the processes are fairly simple in getting your money back. a) call customer care and tell them you will be returning the product. if they tell you we have a no refund policy tell them that you would like them to submit an account research form and you will return it anyway b) return it through the post office make sure you get proof that you sent it. C) call back within ten days to verify return and say again that you do need a refund The one thing that annoys reps here is rudness and screaming, if you simply say you are angry we will believe you. keep in mind that we have about 250 account reps and only five credit reps, these five may take a little time but bare with us we get the job done.

I just want to let people know that I take orders for Avlimil over the phone. I and any other reps that take these calls on a daily basis should tell you in the end of the call that you will be enrolled in the Managed Care program and that you will be billed 70 dollars every two months and the pills will be automatically shipped to you. You CAN discontinue at any time. If you do get the free sample cycle or any other package all you have to do is call the Customer Care line 1-866-834-1715 anytime before 9 days before your cycle ends because the new cycles are automatically shipped out so that there is no disruption in service. I would also say that if you are truly skeptical of the product. Warner Healthcare does offer a 12 month money back guarantee so if you buy a year supply or just get billed for 12 months and you don't like Avlimil you can get your money back.

SORRY TO HEAR THAT YOU FELL FOR THIS SCAM I FELL FOR THE EXACT SAME THING. I CALLED AND CALLED THE COOMPANY SO MUCH THAT THEY PUT MY $35.00 BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS CALLED THEM AND TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AND THAT YOU NEED THERE CORRECT ADDRESS TO SEND ALL THE FORMS AND I BET YOU THEY WILL REFUND YOU. JUST KEEP CALLING AND CALLING AND MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THERE WEB SITE AND CANCEL THE MANAGE CARE PROGRAM AND MAKE A COPY OF THAT PAGE.
