I want to say that the report above happens often and I agree with one point, few actually do what they teach but it is not the teachers fault. It seems that all the people who are a success story never tell it and almost never speak up. I do want to say that I was a student of Wealthrock and I started 2.5 years ago in Hawaii and then Las Vegas. I took the same info as the guy in this report and was in the same Financial Success seminar like him. I though, took all the training did it as it was taught, and now am making a great income from my properties. I own 5 mobile home parks and 4 houses in Little Rock Ar. Over 30+ rentals and many owner finance trailers at returns of 35 -60%. I to thought it to be a scam, when I went to the seminars. But they worked with me trained me, only in the same classes as 54 others in Hawaii. I have far surpassed what they said could happen and I do not just teach real estate I actively invest and raise capital to buy more and more every week. I have bought over 10 properties with more than a few million in worth and all are performing assets or paid me plenty at closing. I now teach for them because I believe, live and do what they taught me in class. I understand that many do not go out and succeed after these classes. I do not think it is the education but the people that do not put the effort forward.
To the one that wrote this report. I am willing to look at what you tried to do in real estate and personally offer to help you for no money get out what you feel you paid for. My name is Gary D. You can call Wealthrock and ask them to get in touch with me ask for Annie and tell her of this post. If you are really willing to try, I will help you see where you can get going.
As for others reading this report that has somehow turned into a book, I want you to know that not only do I teach for this company after being trained there but stand behind the quality education I recived there and want to help others across America to see what is there, and do what I learned from them to make a major change in my income and my bottom line. I personally dispel the myths that it cant be done and wont work that way. I may not teach for them in the next year or two because My company is growing to fast but just as I was loyal to my college that taught me 20 years ago I am thankful for what I learned here, and will always let everyone know that. Real estate is a lot like learning to swim. You can read about it, take classes for it, but you will never be successful at it till you jump in the water. So to you reading and to you who wrote the complaint I say by my life, jump in the real estate pool the waters fine and it is a great place to be
