I and my brother were told I could take used car off the lot for 2 days and if I did not want it, I could return it to Webb Ford...

I did not have insurance and they said since I was not buying the car I did not need it, as I would be covered by Webb's insurance during the drive...they said I would have to sign papers to take car off the lot...explained about Gap Ins, Extended Warranty, contract, etc....so when I came back in the next 2 days to buy the car paperwork would be ready...I said I am not buying this car now and they said we know...Webb will not process any papers signed...

I said I probably would pay cash and need to get Insurance and check on my finances...

Webb took my brother's insurance information, (said they wanted that while I drove the car) but I am not insured under his insurance...they said it is only a formality...

well, they sent all paperwork into the bank (False insurance information) Remember I did not have Insurance...the bank approved the Loan immediately, because I have #1 credit rating...

On Returning the car, they told me I bought this car and giving it back is not an option...I called the bank and asked how they could approve the loan since I do not have insurance...They couldn't approve the loan so stopped it...THANK GOD! Now, I have a car I don't want...no insurance...no money exchanged to Webb...and they have the 2nd set of keys to the car...they will not take the car back and said if I leave it they will report me and screw up my credit, and take my assets...I went to an attorney and he said it would be my word against their's...and my whitness is my brother so that is not good...Even if I am stuck with this car...re: signed contract...I would like to sue them for CONSUMER FRAUD...Never sign anything at Webb Ford...unless you really want to buy the car...They lie...and the car is only worth $8,000 and sold for $15,100 so I lost $7,100 for a test drive...What's wrong with this picture?

Do I have any recourse that anyone could see? I want to get them for Consumer Fraud...Misrepresentation and Improper Sales Practices....The new Indiana law should protect us from companies or individuals who con us....See the Attorney's General for Indiana website...

i brought a 2003 ford focus in februauy... i am deaf so i think they ripped me off they sold it to me for 18 thousand dollars which is worth 8 thousand dollars so u see a big neative equity they made sure i ll stick with it forever... and it took them like a week for them to find a finacing for me i didnt know it was 18 thousand dollars i thougth was 13 thousand dolalrs and i came back when they caleld me to sign the papers and they alreaydy traded my car away so i am basically stucked with it beucase i signed the 13000 dollas agreement o well webb ford sucks

If this dealer want to let you use the car for a few days to see if you liked it, they could have had you sign a document called the "B.V.A" or a B.C.A. Borrowed Car Agreement or a "Borrowed Vehicle agreement" All car dealers have them. This dealership in my opionion had no intetion to letting you play with anything at ALL. They just wanted to wack you into a car deal and keep you from buying from their competition.

Ask Ford if this Ford dealer is a "BLUE OVAL" dealer? If they are I am willing to bet that their just might be some C.S.I. Diversion going on under the table.
