On Dec 19th i signed up for a full seo services through web.com costing $800.00 per month. Once signed up i was told i would talk to a professional within 3 business days. Once that time elapsed i called them waited on hold a very long time only to be told that i need to leave a message so on Dec 26th i left them a message. On Dec 27th i still had not heard from any one and called again - this time i was put on hold again for over twenty minutes and again i was told i would have to leave a message. Today, Dec 30th I again called put on hold for over twenty minutes again this time i was told i was going to be transfered to a voice mail. I sent them an e-mail only to be told to call the customer service deptartment. This is a monthly service charging $800.00 per month now 1/4 of the time has passed and i am just getting the run around form the company. I requested a full refund and the customer service person hung up the phone.
