webinarjam.com marketing genius WebinarJam: Bait and Switch - They Take Your Money and Run La Jolla California
Webinarjam advertises a marketing program promising the user an ability to market their company through webinars.
The platform is complicated; very little support. Lots of PDFs but very inadequate video instruction. Numerous problems with system including things like: 11 second delay between voice and powerpoint, 4 second delay between co-presenters remarks, inaccessible support, a real sense of once they trick you go give them your money, they will keep it without providing the product promised.
We could not figure out how to work the program after investing over 40 hoursi n 30 days. Then they switched the format and made it worse. We requested a refund, but was denied. These are people who have no regrets about about using a 'bait and switch' , taking your money and not providing service. Scumbags.
