We spoke with an Owner of this company Vlad /he mentioned his from former Russia, Moldova, Kishinev City/ and impressed how great his sounded to improve search capability of our web store. In a couple of months later after we paid multi thousands of fees for committed service our site revenue is dead and spammed by Google. Our damages are tremendous. We almost lost our sale for several years, before recovered for this damage. We did not file a lawsuit because in actuality at current law structure is almost non possible to persecute this kind of fraudulent business activity without unreasonable additional legal expenses.
