This company and their product is a complete scam.

I decided to try their product after hearing a radio commercial and because of the money-back guarantee. When you get the product, it tells you you have to use it at least 30 days to really feel the effects, but their MBG is less than that.

Red Flag #1. I should have not even openened them and called for an RMA as soon as I read that. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The product did nothing for me. I was using another product called "Mood Food" that is actually effective so I could tell that this product did nothing.

I used about 3 weeks of the product and stopped taking it. Fast forward to today when I see an incoming charge on my bank account (via my Debit Card that I used) for them. I absolutely 100% know for SURE that I never signed up for any kind of recurring shipment. I order online all the time and am very savvy to reading the fine print everywhere and making sure default boxes aren't checked for automatic emails and services and such.

I call them and they try to put you through a recording-based runaround and I finally hit the right button to hear another number to call where I could talk to a human.

Meanwhile I was scouring their website looking for anything anywhere that references their automatic shipment plan ("Stay Well Plan") and I could not even find the legal name of their company!! Their domain registration is cloaked so bottom line is we don't know who these people are or where they are and there.

I got a man on the phone and told him they absolutely did not have my authorization to automatically ship me anything and charge my card and they needed to reverse that charge immediately. He of course went into a spiel about giving me an RMA so that when I receive the product they shipped without my knowledge and then return it to them (on my dime), then they will refund me.

As soon as I started using words like Fraud and Chargeback, he put me on hold to "talk to his superviser" and I was given a credit authorization number on the spot. I told him I would be writing "Refuse" on the package when it arrives so that I don't have to pay to return it and he kept trying to get me to also write an RMA on it, and I had to educate him that you can only Refuse it. If I try to write something else on it, then that's not "Refusing" and I would have to pay postage.

Anyway, this company is up to no good. Don't buy from them. They also don't use an e-commerce system whereby you have an account to log into and manage your orders and "subscriptions". If they expect to legally get people to be on an automatic shipment plan, they MUST have something like that in play, as without it, there is no proof anywhere that customers have agreed to their plan.
