it took 2 1/2 hours just to open a checking account , so many errors were made, wrong b.d., soc.# address and then thought this would be ok, not in my book, i wanted a new corrected form, this was impossible for 48 hrs. so we closed that acct. and asked for a new one to be opened.creating more problems, now a corrected form still could not be printed for 48 hours, which caused four debit cards floating around now instead of only two correct ones. a corrected form was to be mailed to me and have not received as of 12-10-12. i called and questioned which account was the good one and was asked repeatedly the number of account.does no one pay attention any more?? what happened to good quality customer service? it seems no one has pride in their work anymore just get it done, get you out the door and collect a paycheck and all this started beginning 2 1/2 hrs ago.
