I opened and download it. The mp3’s of the training are very, very poor quality and on several sessions instead of teaching direct she have conversation with her kids about lease options and calls that a training session. When it come to the contracts she do not explains the contract line for line, but reads the contract and explains a little. I call Beverley the sales person, which she is a very good sales person. Beverley answered some of my questions on the surface, but didn’t get deep. I than gather all of my questions and asked her to explain these items and I should be ok.

Beverly Kerkes said she can’t answer my questions. I told her if I don’t understand the contracts and can’t explain t them what good is the kit that she sold me. Beverly told me to go back and review material and if I needed additional help I would need to pay $200 a month. I later find out by all my studying that she sold me the wrong solution to my problem and she agreed and I have not heard from her since. Please don’t waste your time and money on her training. You will definitely regret it. 

 

I've seen Wendy Patton books and once I saw her on the internet I called and spoke with Beverley Kerkes.  I told her that I wanted to help my friend sell his house. She recommended me to purchase a lease option kit that cost $350. She said I could make about $7000 and and said she would walk me through the process.  Just call her if I have any questions.

PLEASE DON'T WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON WENDY PATTON TRAINING.  YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT!!!
