Werner, like many other companies offer safety bonuses. Their bonuses are paid each week, simply keep all of your pay-stubs. If you had all of your safety bonuses, then they cannot say you have any incidents/ accidents.

Mike, I really didn't understand your comment but I do know that Werner isn't short of making false accussations. From what I gather in your report I can understand why you're not getting jobs from other trucking firms. The DAC report is very important in the selection of new hirees and if you have a negative report on it, you're probably going to have to find a driving job from a smaller and known company on your part.
There are alot of attorneys out there that may give you some free information but before I would seek that direction, I would DEMAND copies of Werner's reports about the incidents. You have EVERY right to them and if they are not willing to supply you with those reports, then you should seek legal service. I do need to say that Werner Enterprises have a legal group, mostly family, that are schooled in situations like this. I had an attorney in Omaha that told me this and was not really wanting to handle my compensation case against them. They are not dumb.... they have their bases covered. The Attorney Generals office in Lincoln, Nebraska has been trying to nab them for over 7 years and has been unable to catch them at anything. I was told by the ATTY. GN office that they run in the GRAY but somehow manage to keep themselves out of any prosecution.
To finalize, good luck with finding a job and I mean that sincerely. Seek legal counsel, some atty's work or counsel for free and work on a contingency fee, but make sure you have the reports that Werner has in your file.
